Comprehensive Composite Expertise

Our team is well-versed in a wide array of materials and techniques, ensuring the highest standards in composite construction:

  • SPRINT® / Prepreg

  • RTM (Resin Transfer Molding)

  • Vacuum bagging techniques

  • Carbon-epoxy prepreg lamination

  • Tempering of composite parts in a computer-controlled oven up to 120 degrees C

  • Wet epoxy lay-up

  • Vacuum infusion/injection

  • Hand or spray wet lay-up of PE (Polyester) and VE (Vinyl Ester) laminates

  • Hand or spray application of PE or VE gelcoats

  • Hand sanding and polishing of plugs and molds
